Terms and conditions

Reservations

Reservations should be made via the bookingsystem on (sirvoy booking system) If this is not possible, reservations can be made via email
info@gudhjemvandrerhjem.dk.
We do not take bookings over the phone.

Arrival and departure:

Reception is located at the big patio facing Brøddegade street.

CHECK IN:

It is from 14.00 to 20.00.

If you need to check in before or after the stipulated time, you can contact us via email and inform us of the arrival time.

After 20:00, it’s possible to make a Self-Check In. Please let us know and you will find the key at the room door.

 

CHECK OUT:

It is at 10:00. The key is left at the reception, otherwise if you need to do it earlier, you can do self-checkout leaving the key in the mailbox at the reception.

Payment

The total payment must be paid through our internet payment system before a booking is applied, unless other is agreed upon. If you pay with an international credit card, issued by a foreign card issuer, the hostel will charge you the transaction costs. We do not accept payments with national or international credit cards of more than 5.000 DKK in the café. Large reservation may need a deposit by bank transfer of 20% non refundable. The remaining amount must be paid within 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancelations:

You can cancel your online booking on the following terms:
You can cancel your online booking until 7 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel later than 7 days, you lose the entire amount paid.
You can always move your booking for later without charge, contacting us by email, subject to availability.
A cancellation fee of 120 Dkk per room is always taken for administration.
Cancellation must be made in writing and addressed directly to us on email

Complaints

If you have reasons for complaints during your stay at the hostel, you are obliged to inform the hostel manager instantly about your complaint, to give the hostel an opportunity to solve the problem. Is this not possible, you have the right to get a receipt containing the items of complaint, which you can send to the hostel. You will get an answer to your complaint within 2 weeks from the reception of the complaint. Compensation payments will only be granted if the hotel is guilty in significant errors and cannot exceed 10% of the total payment.

Disputes

The hostel and the guest are obliged to seek disputes solved amicably, for example. at a meeting at the hostel with the parties involved.

Extras

Linen: If you want to have clean linen at your stay, you can bring your own, or rent it from us at reception for 90 Dkk.

Sleepin bags are forbidden for hygiene reasons.

We love Dogs and they are welcome in selected rooms, but because it requires a special cleaning afterwards, we charge a fee. Price 300 Kr.
